Still employed is a good thing.

Well I'm glad it wasn't something worse. Pay cut is bad, and I hope you can figure it all out, but you've got the right attitude. And at least this point you know what's up.

My sister had to take the exact same pay cut to stay in her job...

Things really suck right now for too many people...
