i'm SO down for some of those things!

john & i don't really have too many friends outside our marriage. the ones we do have are mostly mutual friends.. i knew these guys before i knew hubby & hubby knew these guys before he knew me.
however, these are not "go & do something" types of ppl.

so, we've found we do things together whether we both like it or not just for the sake of being together.
we used to watch Star Trek on SpikeTV every day at lunch. it wasn't my favorite show, but it was sometimes interesting and it wasn't the worst thing in the world.
hubby hates shopping, but he always goes with me and usually ends up finding something he wants to look at.

also, we have mostly different interests in tv shows, too.. so if it's a show one of us doesn't enjoy, we just sit on the couch & read a book. at least we're together. that's one thing we can really enjoy about any activity, at least. ;)
