Make this in 4 easy steps!

Photoshop CS // Not Translatable // Uses Selective Coloring

  1. Your base, image from Amy-Adams.Org.

  2. Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer. Set saturation to +30.

  3. Create a selective color adjustment layer. Note: I've been doing Neutrals first lately; it gives me more control of the blues in relation to the yellows of the skin.
    Neutrals: +68 0 -40 -19
    Reds: -100 +42 +100 -24
    Yellows: -75 0 +100 0
Cyans: +100 0 -100 0 (to make her eyes pop)

  4. Create a new layer and stamp visible what you have done by pressing CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+E. Duplicate this layer and set the duplicate to Soft Light 100%. Gaussian blur the Soft Light layer at a 1.1 radius.

    Done.
