I have never heard of the book called "The World of Ellen G. White" until my pastor used it in part of his sermon a couple of Sabbath ago. He made it sound interesting. How did you find out about the book? Please let me know where I can find it. Thanks.

Actually, I received that book from my father in law. He was the editor. So I have no idea where to get it! Sorry!

Hey, good news. I looked for book titled "The World of Ellen G. White" on amazon.com. I decided to put a request in to see if anybody on amazon.com can find that book for me. A reply came back that someone has one to sell to me. I bought the book and it has finally came in the mail today. Now the book is personally mines. Yeahhh! Now, I have to wait until I finish reading this other book a friend lend to me titled "Ellen G. White Prophet of Destiny" by Rene Noorbergen. It has about 250 pages and I am half way through. It is a pretty interesting book by the way.

Yay!! Glad you found the book!!

I actually read an excerpt from a letter by Noorbergen. He said that he didn't have all the information he should have when he wrote "Prophet of Destiny" and that if he had the information, he wouldn't have written the book like he did. Not sure what information he was missing, but that was an interesting tidbit of information.

I recently finished reading More Than a Prophet and it was an eye-opening read. A very interesting look at how Adventists use EGW's writings today vs. the way she intended them to be used.
