not only internet--cell phones and texting. all those characters walking around texting each other instead of just kinda rambling from place to place.
the whole straddling two worlds thing. as i drive around i have been listening to a lot of NPR (i go through stages with NPR...XM radio offers an alternative to either crappy classic rock or NPR) and I feel like the world is just changing so quickly. the world economy....everything seems so doom and gloom. I'll get back to people in a couple of hours. Sheesh. There really isn't that whole show up somewhere, park yourself, hope someone interesting shows up thing. Everything is arranged. There is an idea that if you're not available immediately you're somehow being rude.
I can use a typewriter OR a computer.
I found a gen-X icon. Yay Star Wars!
