Today is election day in Korea. It's considered a "holiday". Interesting concept. Give the day off so you can vote! Hmmm. I wonder how the #'s at the polls in a Korean national election compare to the US's #'s and if that # is perhaps influenced by the off?
Or perhaps this "holiday" is like some holidays in the US ie. Flag Day where it's a holiday

Well, I guess the U.S. isn't that blatant about it, but it does seem as elections have become personality contests. It's no wonder celebrities have such an easy transition into politics....
