I think complaining about work comes about the longer you have done it. Also, it depends on if you like your job, and how much you get paid, work politics, especially if you are in an office setting. My Mom hated the place she worked at for 18 years, and she never broke the $12.00 per hour rate. But lo and behold, they are asking her back part time to work the switchboard. She retired a few years ago, so she must be bored. My Dad worked at his job for 35 years, with long hours, and did not complain, but then he was making $30 an hour by the time he retired. He gets a great pension.
