Strength and Conditioning - Everyday, no questions asked, you should be doing at least 100 crunches and 40 regular pushups and 25 wide base pushups. This is the minimum amount, so obviously do as many as you can, but no less than the totals above. Doing these exercises twice a day is preferred. polo!!! i do more than that everyday, but not twice a day. i will do it now twice a day from now till move in, and increase it a bit every day, and thanks alot.

an alternative is to just have a big burger and coke...? its fattening and delish!

also hold a full water jug (or horn if you have one) up for as long as possible as many times as you can. You'll be holding your horn up for much longer times than you are used to on the long summer days. and if your arms hurt by noon you really wont feel good at 11:00 at night.
