Well if you're sick and throwing up, I think it's safe to assume your appetite wouldn't really be very good...

Either that, or he has food poisoning.

I remember last year during Spring Break that I got food poisoning and threw up for an entire day. I couldn't eat or drink anything except for water, and my stomach would start hurting periodically. Not fun.
