Thank you bb! I had to make sure I had a good birthday otherwise entering my late twenties would've been a very depressing affair lol. It was great :)

Do watch the film even if you don't read the book. The movie is out already and it's fantastic! Definite oscar material here :D Awww i'm still 12 movies behind on my um schedule and idk what I'm going to do! lol.

I haven't seen the film yet. I'm a big fan of David Fincher so 'Gone Girl' is definitely on my list of films to watch this year.

I have been wanting to see it. I ignore your review to save myself from spoilers but I did see that you enjoyed the movie. I'm glad. Def makes me want to see it soon.

Not yet. But I def plan too. Right now I'm focusing on watching Laurence Olivier movies..

I still have online movies waiting from like 2 years ago. Terrible, ain't it. lol

I would say it was the "Basic Instinct" of the 10s, without too much blood and sex, mind you.

lol that's an interesting comparison . I think I prefer GG to basic instinct though ;)
