☆ Hugging this character?: Sure, go ahead. You might get the ew face from her, as even Angel tends to get that look of 'what are you doing?' from Cordy.
☆ Giving this character a kiss?: Very few people can get away with stealing a kiss from Cordelia Chase. You can try but expect to get a stiletto to the groin unless she really likes you.
☆ Punching this character: If you hit her, you are guaranteed to destroy any semblance of a meaningful relationship. I don't discourage people from IC behavior but be warned that it will have consequences. And she'll probably come right back at you far faster than you'd expect.

☆ Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, fighting abilities, STUFF: Cordelia sometimes receives visions. There's never any guess when they'll happen, but when they do Cordy will collapse in pain and almost appear to have a seizure. In a few minutes it will pass, but she'll be in a pretty miserable state for a while after.
Her fighting abilities aren't great but Cordelia is still pretty scrappy. She'll wield what she can and is slowly getting keen on being taught how to fight in a way that will really kick some ass.
