i have so much anxiety right now. I'm so afraid to go to work this morning. i dont think i'm a good teacher. i dont plan enough, i dont feel ready for them.

i spent some time trying to write a personal journal entry. I was somewhat successful. I was able to write some things i know i cant write here. what is always hard is knowing no one is going to read it.
