For the bees I'd wait until dusk (since bees will go to sleep in their hive) and just look around the area cause there is probably a hive somewhere on your building. if there is buy some raid stuff for them and again wait till dusk and spray the hive. If you do it during the day they'll come out an attack, but if you do it at night they are pretty lethargic. Are the ones you have the big bumble bees? Cause judging by your description they certainly aren't garbage bees.
the lady at the office (who I'm wondering if she's retarded..) said they're bumble bees and wont sting you. Meaning- they won't do jack shit about these bees. They're kinda like bumble bees.. though I'm pretty sure they're carpenter bees- judging by images I looked at on the internet since these bees are HUGE and EVERYWHERE on our front porch *sigh* Looks like I might have to use the back porch (if that isn't infested..) for most of the summer. Thank god it got cold and has been raining! It keeps the bees back!
STupid office not taking care of an OBVIOUS problem.
