Honestly, I've always had a sneaking like of Murata, though I wouldn't mind slapping him some of the time. I really enjoyed this look/interpretation of him though. Good job.

Well, it's kind of heavily based on the backstory expressed in late season 2, and early season 3. I didn't think you'd gotten there yet? Maybe my references were just vague enough.

Yeah, I really detested him for awhile with his know-it-all-but-not-telling attitude. But he's had so many lives, and remembers in intimate detail EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. Gods, the angst potential...that just never happens. Plus there's the whole relationship with Shinou thing that is developed later that is both angsty and adorable all at once...

In my opinion, he's the only really complicated KKM character. Well, except for some that are complicated but kind of squicky, like Conrad...ewww. That whole Julia thing creeped me out.

I figured that's what you meant. I'm about midway done with season two so I got most of it, or yeah, it was too vague (I got that far before Doctor Who/David Tennant took over my goddamn life).

I always liked him a little. The more I find out about him, the more I feel sympathy for him at least. (Plus, him and Josak plotting in the middle of the night always cracked me up).

I'm looking forward to Shinou to show up. Really really am. I'm getting there damnit! As soon as I finish Blackpool and possibly Lost in LA and any other David Tennant film I can find on youtube...

I've never liked Conrad. In any shape or backstory or way. And yeah, a lot of the characters aren't too complicated. Love some of them, but they aren't too hard to figure out.

Oh yes, Shinou is awesome. :D He doesn't actually show up until the very last couple of episodes of the second season (and then gets SO CUTE in the third) but I can't remember...have you seen the Daikenja backstory arc, when they spend a couple episodes just on the pair of them way back in the day 4,000 years ago
