Technically it is possible for someone to be obese and not show the signs, I mean you weigh 68kg and your of below average height. On the chart this guy has probably memorised, that may tell him that your overweight, even if it doesn't reflect reality. I know I qualify as being severely overweight although I'm damned near two metres tall and coming in at 120kg
