The long slow extraction

About 6 to 8 months ago I started to have a change of attitude in regards to running programs and doing volunteer projects. At first I thought it was just a delayed case of burnout, so I just sucked it up, and soldiered on, but as time went by my feeling didn’t change. I applaud you ... you know that I have decided this is my year to give myslf permission NOT to do things...not to feel obligated, or guilty...and if I get a knot in my stomach then I shouldn't be doing it.
