This summer at Glass Camp

Here are some of the projects I did at glass camp last week. None of them are masterpieces by any stretch of the imagination, but I didn’t go there to make master works, I went there to learn the process. With time and practice I hope to get better. The class was great; I only wish that they would have let me spend more time at the torch each day ( Read more... )

I know you say these are all practice, but, they are beautiful none the less. I am really impressed and in awe of what you can do with glass.

I love the octopus and I think the green flower one is very pretty.

I really enjoy seeing what you create and I can't wait to see more of what you make.

Maybe later this year I can do a number of the Old Ones perched on top of paperweights, just for fun.

Oh! You should! As I do agree with one of the comments from the pictures Moira posted that the octopus is very cthulhu like!

Your work is so beautiful! (I'm lucky that I got to see them in person because the pictures (as wonderful as they are) just don't do them justice!
I have to admit that I'm particularly fond of the black and red flower one, its beautiful! And the mushroom one is just cute! :-)
