So I bleached my hair today. I have not yet added the color over it. It's pretty excellent.

This is one of the best strings of comments I have ever received on my LiveJournal.

Come to New York. We do "dead by dawn," where you do not take the last train out of NYC (at about 1:45), but instead wait until the first train the next morning (about 5:30), drinking all night. It is wonderful. JOIN THE DRUNK SIDE!

haha, I will definitely come visit you whenever I can in New York, and we will definitely get drunky. Last night was good times. I have lots of people graduated and leaving me this year, and you are going to be the one I miss the most. :(

Why thank you :) I am considering keeping it like this, but I think it's awfully blotchy in the back (I can't actually see), and I don't want to look TOO unprofessional for job interviews ;) The haircut is just me not getting cuts, because I am trying to grow it long again. I am delighted to hear that it still looks okay!

You're beautiful no matter what. :) You could always buy a box of red and overdye it, see if that'll even things out. I think we have almost the exact same haircut, btw, as a result of us both growing it out. So maybe I'm biased towards your haircut. ;)
