It occured to me several months ago that I misuse the word "Healthy." It also occured to me that "Healthful" is a real word. I have since been trying to remedy this word faux pas. But alas, I enjoy the word healthy.

That's what I thought...until it started haunting me in the form of commercials and at health food stores.
