It says "ojalá". In Spanish it means "God willing" or more "fate willing". In Spanish if you ever say "ojalá" you use subjunctive tense, which is a whole tense dedicated to conveying hope that something may or may not happen, but it lets fate decide. It comes from the Moorish influence on the Spanish language and really comes from "oh Allah".
So I feel like, you know, I got hopes and dreams and ojalá que puedo hacerlos (I hopeI can do them) but its really not up to me, so I'm leaving it to fate.

That was a really long description but perdoname it means a lot to me and I'm kinda flyin.

It didn't hurt that bad! And when it did hurt I just channeled all my inward pain toward it. Felt guuuuud.
