try not to focus on the bad.. depending on what it is i understand that sometimes it can be hard to get your mind off of it. Try to get joy out of the good aspects of your life... appreciate them more... it will make the negative a little less important. (well normally)

Anyway... i want you to come visit!! i got sooo excited when you said you were coming really sooon.. i would love to see you.. and plus i would like to introduce you to a few people..
