My poor flimsy river craft has crashed and burned, all hands feared lost. The eye doc was right, I had a stroke. Had changing to present tense since I'm now in the hospital and they tell me that I am having a series of micro-strokes. My doc is also pissed at Eye Doc for not sending me to emergency right away instead of sending me home to stew. She ( Read more... )

I'm working on it :) and I've got lots of help. I must have five or six doctors now lol.

Well they're working on it. I have a raft of doctors and new meds and tests... it's just a party goin' on XD They've narrowed things down to a very specific part of my brain and the effects have been VERY minor. Looks like the most I'm going to be left with is the eye/spot thingy and some numbness in my face and shoulder. Thanks for the good wishes!
