I'll keep your family in my prayers.

Sorry you're having to go through all of this. And that your family is going through it.

I have no good advice...but keep praying. I know people who prayed for family members and after 24 years they straightened out their life and got a relationship with Christ and have been better (not perfect) since. Just keep hope. Sometimes that's the best, but often most painful thing to do.
