the United States is not a dictatorship. Its a democracy.

so I really think if anything is going wrong, its not the sole responsibility of one person, but of ALL the elected officials who are up in the high rankings of government.

not to mention the state government of Louisiana and their governor.

Everyone pretty much under-estimated the strength of this hurricane and now wants to play the blame game with everyone else but themselves.

and i agree.... of course there's going to be the blame game, because that's us americans, we can't just except that shit happens, we like to place the blaim on somebody. unlike 9-11, there was no way to prevent or decrease the damages from the hurricane. but while the hurricane was happening, it was obvious that this storm would go down in history as one of the greatest disasters....so why did bush continue his vacation? the government could of been planning what to do while the storm was still happening, instead of waiting till it was over to think about what to do. i take back that all the blame is on bush, it's on everyone that's responsible in the government.

but actually, i've heard that the storm was really bad, but what made it much worse were the water press or whatever they were that broke after the storm. That's how come it got sooooooo flooded!
