i need a shar pei. the second i move into a bigger place i'm getting one. they're very expensive though.
my family got a shar pei puppy when i was 8 months old, and she lived to be 13. molly and i grew up together.

they use to be bred to be guard dogs/fighting dogs in china.
(their wrinkles made it really hard for other dogs to get a good hold on

I don't think anybody should go a single day without seeing a picture this cute. I miss Molly, she was such a good dog. Still, I can't see Pongo being too happy about getting a brother or sister.

i know! we wouldn't have to go a single day without seeing their cute little face cause i'd have one! yeah, i feel kinda worried about pongo getting use to it but he will. he has to, he's probably gonna live about 10 more years(or more) so he's going to even have to get use to a baby eventually! (scary i know, but it's realistic.)
