Today I saw a dalmation get decapitated...
I was driving but I was stopped at an intersection, I looked over to see a dalmation with it's head out the window. I noticed the window was done up pretty tight around it's neck.
As I wondered to myself if the dog could pull it's head in if it wanted to the driver went ahead and made a sharp right turn.

I'm not sure what happened after because they were turning right on a red and right after it happened the signal changed and I had to go through the intersection ( I was on my way to my favorite or really our favorite place TARGET!!!!)
