I really wanted a blue Qui-gon force ghost in RotS and Lucas wouldn't cooperate so I took matters into my own hands. ^_^

Time irrelavent much like Location unknown. You don't say Location is unknown, just location unknown. The entire paragraph exist outside of time so placing it would be difficult so I just said, "Let's put time Behind the Line! It can stay there until we need it again.
