And they're still not anybody's business.

But all of us interact with humans and other types of people here in 'The City' every day; we aren't invisible, and we don't have our normal functions, and we talk publicly on the network all the time.
And... certain shinigami make it very hard for other people to ignore them, even if they'd wanted to.
