Today is 4 years since my sister passed away....

I still remember as I drove to Santa Teresa .... thinking that she was not going to leave.... refusing to allow her to leave.... it was difficult and heartbreaking to see a piece of me leaving... to see ur sister breath for the last time and not be able to keep her going....

I love her and miss her everyday! I swear the only thing that kept me and keeps me going is my mother and my younger brother and sister... I had no choice but to be strong and not break down.... if it wasnt for them I think I would of done something stupid by now....

That's your sister watching over you, telling you that everything will be okay. I'm sure you would want her to do the same thing if it were vice versa.

actually we were a year and 4 months apart... she was the oldest... she was my best friend.. she was the sibling u could count on no matter what... she had my back.... it was fun to grow up with her... i just never imagined she would leave so soon.... so young... she was only 22 and died from cancer

no matter how much time goes by... i still can hear her.... I am glad she waited for me before she left... It was after 12am when my father called me and said to hurry to the hospital... when i got there I could not believe she was actually leaving us... I could hear take her final gasps of air.... =( one minute u are here and the next u are gone...
