that is really good that you are at least able to get your feelings out there like that. (even if you are the only one who will ever read them). i can't tell you what to write her, but the third one is the most similar to the type of 'healthy communication' that i learn about in my psychology classes. let me know what you do end up writing to her, if you in fact respond.
