Friday
  • Watched Garden State. Liked it, but decided Natalie Portman irritates me. Why? Not sure. Probably because she is to Scott as Peter Krause is to me. (WTF?)

  • Saturday
  • Attended Alateen meeting. Decided to sign up to sponsor in June with my 2 year anniversary.
  • Ran right over to Navy Pier to pick up my Shamrock Shuffle stuff.
  • Sidenote: Dear ( Read more... )

dude, forget what I said about how long the Shamrock Shuffle is. You just answered my question. 5 miles is fucking long! CRAZY I SAY! Good job! There'd be no way i could do it let alone do it in 13 minute miles.
Right on with the tourists. I loathe them.
I really like Natalie Portman. Are you saying your man thinks she's hot? this is probably why she irritates you. Or maybe she just plain irritates you. I loathe Kirsten Dunst. TOTALLY HATE HER! I can understand where you're coming from...though your little bit of irritation is probably less severe than my eternal hate for the dunst!

i don't think i've liked her ever since i saw portman in that movie where she has a baby in walmart. if my feelings are all about scott, well that's just lame.

i don't know what your workout schedule is, but we should go running/walking sometime. i don't run the whole time, i take walk breaks. one of my favorite runs was with a friend. she walked the whole time, and i slowly jogged next to her, including through tj maxx.

well, I've been working out after work every night...I get off at 4. My gym is by work and on nice days, my friend and I have just powerwalked around Lakeview.
What time do you get off work? When do you work out?

Since it was recommended and I wanted to see it anyway I rented Garden State. It is a decient flick with some very funny moments. My favorite scene in the movie is when the main characters go to the hardware store and run into the clerk they knew from high school. Geoffrey Arend, whoever he is, was hilarious. By far the best thing about the movie was the soundtrack. Zach pciked out some great sounding songs by a lot of non-radio played bands ( ... )
