(no subject)
So I had my first real Trimesters today, Health doesn't count.
They weren't all that bad, it's a good thing that I studied though 'cause if I didn't, I probably would've done REALLY bad.
I didn't understand like 20 of the Religion scantron questions, but each question is like 1/2 a point so that's like 10 points off if I got them wrong. I didn't get like 4 or 5 of the Spanish scantron portion and each question is 1/2 a point too, so that's like 2 points or 2.5 points off if I get them wrong. The Religion Essays I got, except for the second one I did 'cause I forgot a little part of the answer. Each essay was worth 12 1/2 points so I might get like 9 points for that essay 'cause I forgot a part of it. The Spanish written part was conjugating verbs which was easy, and we had to write a 5 sentence paragraph in Spanish either about you spending a day at the park with a friend or how you'd make the world a better place. The first one was easier so like, everyone did that one hah. Mine sounded so dumb, but hell as long as it's written correctly and makes sense it's fine. I made a careless mistake on one of the verb conjugations though 'cause I made it plural when it was supposed to be singular, damnit .. oh well =/
Anyway, we have Bio & English Monday .. Joy. I'm good in Bio, but they gave us a review sheet and there's so much crap we have to know for the test, it's like crazy. We need to know like a bunch of charts, so much vocab & terms. It's overwhelming. English I'm not worried about really 'cause my teacher likes me, and she curves my grades. I know she curves my grades 'cause I was failing everything last Trimester, and I knew I did really bad on last Trimester's English Exam but when I got my report card I got an 80 for final. She definitely curves people's grades. Plus I heard her talking to a kid before my English class at her desk, and she was grading his Eulogy and she said "You really got a 60, but I'd never give you that so I'm giving you a 70." - Isn't that not allowed? Whatever, as long as she freaking passes me I'm gonna be fine. I got an 88 on that dumb Eulogy & I got a 100 on the stupid Great Gatsby newspaper project we had to make, hah.
I'm actually gonna study really hard this Trimester for the exams 'cause I wanna get on the honor roll again, but I wanna get a higher final. Last Trimester it was like 88 or something, this Trimester I wanna go higherr! (^_^)
