I've been having very strange dreams. Unsettling dreams. It started with the dream where the room I was in was suddenly attacked by terrorists from Malawi, who barged in and began shooting. I tried to escape, but when I found myself confronted with them, I pledged allegiance to their leader, and they let me go. Then there was the dream where I was ( Read more... )

I had a dream that I swallowed a hairpin (but it was jinormous!) the night of graduation. What does that mean?

And hey! How come I'm not one of jlostinspain's friends??

Jlostinspain has no friends at all...I didn't want people who read that journal (my parents, for example) to somehow trace it back to this one, so I thought it would be better not to have any friends. You can add me as your friend, though!

And didn't you have another swallowing/choking dream recently? That's weird...maybe you have a weird way of breathing in your sleep and you actually do choke for a second subconsciously...?

Weird! I've been having strange dreams too - a couple were pretty disturbing: killers on the loose and shoddy balconies that could cause me to fall from great heights. I think the stress is finally getting to me.

Actually, I had a dream about being at Brian's house recently too. I rollerbladed there through the snow, and then I woke up to see snow outside in real life (in April!). It was pretty strange.

Hey Missy,

I have a question for you. You recommended a book to me a really long time ago. I think it was called "The Art of Travel". I really want to read it!

Is the author Alain De Botton and is this < http://www.amazon.com/Art-Travel-Alain-Botton/dp/0375725342/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/102-0359229-9617732?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1180075239&sr=8-1 > it?

thanks!

Oh man! I forgot about that book!!! Actually, I'm not sure why I recommended it to you, since I haven't read it. A friend let me read it for about two days, but I think I only got a couple of pages in, but those few pages were amazing. I can't speak for the rest of it, though! Thanks for reminding me; I'm going to put it back on my list!

Oh, PS, you know you were talking about kid's books the other day...do you remember reading a story (i think it was a short story, not a book) about a guy who invites some people to his house, and says they're going to go hunting, and then they find out they're the ones being hunted? Does anything like that sound familiar to you? I have to ask Lauren too....
