“It must be fate.” Jin thought as he smiles silently with himself. Who would’ve thought that the guy he saved two weeks ago would suddenly be his student?
Jin smiles inwardly. He can’t help himself but watch Kamenashi - kun, as Nishikido - sensei called the younger male earlier on class. He had to admit that the younger is beautiful in his eyes and what amazed him the most is that, the guy actually has the guts to have a discussion with the other professor, namely Nishikido Ryo. Only a few people can do that.
‘Beauty, brains and has guts… Exactly my type.’ Jin smiles evilly as he walks in the corridor on the second floor of the building. Their class with Kamenashi - kun ended 15 minutes ago but the scenes earlier still plays on his mind.
“You’re not planning to court him, are you?” Nishikido Ryo said as he walks beside his best friend since his school days.
“Huh?” Jin’s thoughts were interrupted when he heard the other professor. He looks beside him and saw the smirk plastered on the others face.
“Kamenashi Kazuya. You’re interested in him.” The guy stated a matter-of-factly.
“Kamenashi Kazuya,” Jin said. ‘His name has a nice sound.’ He thought before he adds, “Well, you can say that. I’m glad you’ve noticed Ryo-chan.”
“It’s pretty obvious back there, Baka.” Ryo shakes his head in amusement.
Jin chuckles. “It’s called staking you claim Ryo - chan. So, what can you tell me about him?”
Ryo pauses for a while glaring at Jin. “Bakanishi, I’m his professor and not his fan. How should I know about him?”
Jin can’t help but laugh. “Ryo - chan - sensei, if one of your students happens to see you like that I wonder what they’ll reaction be?” Jin said in an amused voice.
Ryo shakes his head before saying, “You’ll have lots of competition for him Jin. Plus, did you know that he always turns down every one who asked him out for the last two years? Be it a boy or a girl. No one can tell why though.”
‘And I thought you don’t know anything?’ Jin thought but keeps it to himself. Ryo will really kill him if he points it out.
Instead Jin just grins. “ You know I love challenges, Ryo - chan. Just watch me, I’ll make him mine in no time.”
“I’ll say it won’t be an easy success Jin.” Ryo said smirking before he points out something on the ground area. One side of the corridor has large windows that let everyone see the university grounds.
And all Jin could see that particular moment one Kamenashi Kazuya in between two other students. The one that seems to be older of the three is behind Kazuya, holding the guy close while the other which Jin recognizes as Tanaka Koki from the same class as Kazuya, is attacking the younger with his fingers tickling the pretty guy’s side.
From Jin’s spot, he can hear the hearty laughter coming from the trio. Jin can’t explain the twinge of pain he felt in his heart.
All of a sudden Kazuya turns his head towards the second floor’s windows. Surprise can be seen in the younger man’s eyes when he saw Jin staring back at him.
Jin holds the younger man’s gaze before Ryo said, “They are his best friends.”
“Let’s go,” Jin said instead.

Kazuya’s still in dazed even after class. Right after the session ended, he exited the room with Koki in his back, taking the route towards the university grounds where they will wait for their other friend.
After spotting a shaded area, Kazuya settled himself in the bench before hid mind wanders of again. After two weeks, he once again met the man who saved him and he’s none other than his new sensei, Akanishi Jin.
About 3 hours ago -
Akanishi - sensei bows his head before he looks back at Kazuya, whose heart seems to stop. He stares at the younger’s eyes before saying, “Akanishi Jin desu, douzo yoroshiku.”
His little introduction causes the female students in that class to squeal while some males feels the presence of another potential rival. It seems to them that their new sensei is introducing himself to Kazuya alone and not to the whole class.
Kazuya’s face instantly gets red. He doesn’t know what to do. This Akanishi -sensei is still smiling at him and majority of his classmates are teasing him nonstop. Thankfully, Nishikido - sensei grabs the attention of the whole class by just clearing his throat.
Present
Kazuya sighs. He doesn’t know what to think about Akanishi Jin’s actions earlier. All throughout class, he can feel someone staring intently at him. When he looked around discreetly, he saw Akanishi - sensei staring at him. Kazuya blushed before avoiding looking at the man’s direction. He missed the grin that appeared on the sensei’s lips.
All those time, Kazuya swore that he could still feel the stares directed at him. He feels uncomfortable but he can do nothing but focused instead on the other professor discussing in front of the class.
Kazuya sighs again, for a different reason this time. In the middle of their lessons, amidst the stares he kept on receiving from one Akanishi Jin, his other sensei called him for his opinion on the matter they are currently discussing. Kazuya, who is known by his classmates as one who’s never scared of giving his opinion to anyone, even to the Great Nishikido, relates his opinion. The discussion lifts his mind off from a particular man continuously staring at him.
In Kazuya’s mind, he knew that many students are probably terrified to have a discussion with Nishikido - sensei. But for him, making the other professor see his point is an interesting challenge.
After the discussion, Kazuya looks at Jin’s direction. He is pleased to see awe and amazement on the latter’s eyes.
The young man is still deep in his thoughts when Nakamaru Yuichi arrives. He’s ahead of them by a year so they have different schedules.
“Ohayou!” Yuichi said greeting Kazuya and Koki.
“Yo!” Koki said before he looks back at Kazuya.
“What happened to him?” When he receive no response from Kazuya and notices Koki’s actions.
“I don’t know. He’s been acting like that since this morning.” Koki said before he adds, “but I think he’s in love.” Slight horror’s evident on his voice.
“Eh?”
Koki looks up at Yuichi, who’s still standing, “Maybe…”
“Kame?” Yuichi said, grabbing the attention of the younger guy.
No response. “Oi Kame!”
“Kamenashi Kazuya!” Koki tried as well but when nothing seems to grab the other man’s attention, an idea struck Koki.
Koki smiles evilly before instructing Yuichi quietly to hold the young man and then Koki attacks. Tickling Kazuya on the side where Koki knew is the most ticklish part of his best friend is an effective way of grabbing attention.
Kazuya screams in shock and instantly struggles to break free but Yuichi holds him tight while Koki is still attacking him. Both are already laughing at him.
“Koki! Koki stop! Stop!” Laugh. “Stop it!”
Koki halts his actions. “Do we have your attention now?”
“Huh?”
“Seems not.” He attacks again.
“Koki! Stop! Stop!” Laughs. “Oi Yuu! Let me go!”
Other students who pass them laugh. Scene like this one is already familiar with them.
The two is still continue their attacks to a struggling and laughing Kazuya. They only stopped when they noticed that the younger stills his movements, looking at the building on their side. When they look up, they saw Akanishi - sensei walking with Nishikido - sensei.
Kazuya struggles free and this time the two let him go. He was surprised to see Akanishi - sensei watching them. But what he doesn’t understand is the emotions in those eyes that he saw earlier even with this wide range of distance. ‘What is that?’ Kame thought to himself.
Another thing that he doesn’t understand is the guilt that he felt when his sensei saw him laughing earlier. What is wrong with him?
Yuichi and Koki watch the display of emotions in Kazuya’s face. Yuichi looks at Koki before saying quietly, “I think you may be right.”

“Ryo - chan, I’ll go ahead first. See you tomorrow.” Jin said goodbye to his other colleagues first before to his friend.
“Why don’t you join us for dinner later, Jin? I’ll let you meet my Hime.” Ryo said eyes sparkling when he mentioned the word hime.
Jin chuckles. “Maybe next time Ryo - chan. I have an important dinner later. I’ll be meeting someone.”
Ryo raised his eyebrows. “I thought…” but he instantly stops his words when he remembers something. “Ah, you mean a dinner with her?”
Jin smiles sweetly before he nods. “Yeah, but before that, I have to meet my sweetheart first.” The smile plastered on his face is evil.
Ryo rolls his eyes. “See you tomorrow then, Akanishi - sensei.” Emphasizing the word sensei.
“Ja ne! Ryo - chan - sensei.” Jin smirks before he left the room and walks towards the stairs. His eyes widen before heart skidded to a stop when he noticed a familiar guy tripped on one of the steps.
“Kazuya!”

Kazuya’s last class for the day has ended without much of an event. After the scene earlier, he hadn’t seen Akanishi - sensei anywhere and the day went on like the usual.
Kazuya’s on the way to the stairs, when he passed by the faculty room and hear familiar voices.
“Ah, you mean a dinner with her?”
“Yeah, but before that, I have to meet my sweetheart first.”
Kazuya recognized the voices as Akanishi - sensei’s and Nishikido - sensei’s. He continues to walk while thinking.
‘So he’s dating someone already.’ Kazuya thought. He can’t help but feel disappointed. ‘Not only one for the matter but he is dating someone else…’
Tears can be seen on Kazuya’s eyes. He didn’t noticed that he already reached the head of the stairs and before he know what’s happening, he tripped and heard a familiar voice shouting his name.
“Kazuya!”

A/N: Oh right, I’m so late for this update. Gomen, gomen… I’ve actually finished writing (literally) this one, last Thursday. Unfortunately, I’ve been very busy in RL work that I cannot go home early. Anyway, about this chapter, I’m really not planning the story to go this way. I think I’ve messed up.
