sunday's practice was pretty awesome. And you wanna stop.
So you pick up one of your feet (whichever feels more comfortable... I've been using my right foot but some girls feel more natural with their left), and then STOMP it down behind your other skate at a 90 degree angle to that one (like a T) and then PUSH your foot down on your outer wheels of the skate behind you to drag and slow/stop. But a lot of girls use their inner wheels and it makes them spin out and sometimes fall. Also Suzy Hotrod said it's easier to twist your ankle that way with your inner wheels.
Just dragging without stomping down doesn't really work unless you're going really slow. Nor does stomping down without dragging your wheels.

Hey I wonder if that roller rink that we used to go to all the time is still there?? the one out skippack pike?? or somewhere like that....
