The first blood spilled on the rink was mine, today, this morning, while Fox 29 News cameraman filmed it. Gori Amos was jamming; Annie Christ was pivot; Mo Pain, Josephine (can't remember her rollername) and myself were blocking. oh my goodness!

as someone who has broken their nose six times, allow me to give you a bit of my wisdom -- see the doctor IMMEDIATELY! stop whatever your doing and head straight for the doctor. trust me. the reason my nose doesnt look fucked up is because he was able to set the bone before it started healing on its own. if your health insurance allows it, see an E/N/T [ear / nose / throat] specialist.

i am glad you are OK though. ask fox for a copy of that footage!

one of the rollergirls is an emt, conveniently, and she did some weird stuff to it, but thought it wasn't broken... however, they thought i should see the doctor in case of tissue damage.

Eek! I got my face smashed in about a year ago now (time flies by too fast), check MySpace photo for the broken nose. I did get a minor surgical procedure done to fix bone and the (sinus??) cavity in the back of the nose. Basicly they pushed the broken bone back into place and straighten it out. So no bumbps. And clear airways. woot!

Hey hope you are ok!!!! this reminds me of the time when you got hit in the mouth with the softball when we were kids and you walked around looking like Donald duck cause your lip was so big!!! Anyway I hope your ok but it must of been cool too That reminds me I forgot to buy a shirt off you while I was up

Wow! I saw you earlier, but didn't realize you were one of the ones in that fall (just looked like a pile of girls). Feel free to e-mail me your address, and I'll get a tape out to you as soon as I can. Obviously, the footage CANNOT be placed on the internet, or sold in any way. I thought the segments looked GREAT! We closed the show with Nick falling, over and over again, in slow-mo. Got a kick out of that. The photographer really enjoyed himself, too :-)

yeah, i totally understand about that stuff.
the camera guy said it looked really awesome. then he got me later icing my nose. I just didn't want my MOM to find out but she found out anyway.
