My mom told me today about a news program she heard in which several economists were saying that nothing will be done about gas prices until they go over $7 a gallon. Seven dollars?!?! I can't even imagine gas costing that much. I would only be able to buy like 2 gallons at a time on my wages! Go USA.

I finally got a chance to call my friend in Italy today. She reminded me that its been a long time since I've called her (sure she could call me but I think it is more difficult for her to call here than it is for me to call there). So today I was listening to a podcast about monogamy..and learned that humans, they suspect, really are not biologically suited to be monogamous. In fact our nearest living ancestors, the chimps (whom we share 95% of our genes with) are FAR from monogamous. Camping was awesome this weekend. Went to King Lake in Baraga County. Weather was gorgeous, not a person in site, great company, and a good fire. Was a great time...
