Homesick

For a place, and a time, and a people ... about 12+ years ago. But I'm pretty sure if I moved back permanently, nothing would really feel the same, and then I'd be homesick for Wellington.

You can never go back, because it's not there any more.

Yeah, dad told me the place at 44 Naseby Street will need to be demolished. Mooching around uni just wouldn't be the same without the LCR.

I'm not sure about "never." You can visit it, sort of. Or, at least, with some planning, you can catch a glimpse of it. And that is enough. :)
