Really, this is not good, not at all. Due to a faulty North Stream Jet, the Czech republic is literally trapped in a cold and wet field. It is 21st May...we are supposed to have those romantic warm May evenings...Instead of that, the nights are often close to zero and the day temperatures won´t reach above 12 - 14°C

*Sighes with you* Actually I am not complaining of the rain but the temperature.
Well, my closeness to nature means that we all bring home mud and especially wet dandelions seeds which don´t look dangerous but as soon as they dry, you have them EVERYWHERE!LOL

They say it's going to be the wettest May since records began.

I believe it. Also is is one of the coldest in the last century. No progress today...
I returned from our regular morning walk with Rocky - the dog is like a wet mop with muddy legs!

That sounds so miserable! I hope it does warm for you soon.

Our weather was getting too warm, but then cooled down a bit, so now it's very nice for May. Our problem is that there has been so little rain, we're going back into a drought. It makes me unhappy, having to worry about water is stressful.

Ha! See? Natural distribution of water has been destroyed...I wish I could send you part of our weather - and you could do the same with yours. Well, I am being childish.
Drought is horrible, I hope you will get some rain soon!

We're not exactly warm here, especially at night, but not too cold either. We're getting a little light rain, but this corner of the UK is surprisingly sheltered - heavy rain can be forecast for south, east and north of us, but a lot of the time we only get a fairly light drizzle.

And I expected you to suffer from the worst! I am glad, I suppose you can walk Tina quite comfortably.
Here, it is rainig again but it is not bad. The temperature is the problem...8°C during the whole morning is not good...

Temperatures a bit higher here in Germany, but same otherwise.

But, I must admit, I'm glad about, the last years were so terribly hot and dry, it's such a relief to have rain.

I see so many plants and flowers growing happily that didn't have a chance at all the last years.

This is a positive thing that I can see too and I am glad for it!
