Great goals. As far as motivating others goes, I think that is practically impossible. You can only show the way, motivation comes from within.

So you're one of those Halloween babies! I think that tops Easter babies. Halloween is just so much more unpredictable.

Thank you. I'm just in burn out mode from the work I do. I really don't have one case I look forward to seeing right now, and I'm not sure I've been in this start since I starting working Wraparound.

Yep, Halloween. The only problem I have (sort of problem) is that everyone remembers my birthday because it's odd; and I have difficultly remember everyone else's.
