Happy Meme - part 3

Dec 15, 2008 20:48

Yesterday we had my family here for visit. (parents and both my sisters with families) We were quite nervous because I (Mitja says they must see how we really live.) always want that everything is perfect when they come. Of course it was not. Mitja was late going to store to buy ingredients for making sweet. So when they came he was still in a big ( Read more... )

OK... I have to protest:

1. you make me cry at every happy meme post and it was supposed to be HAPPY ... I can not immagine what it would be if you were asked to write "sad meme" :-)

2. SWEET WAS NEVER FINISHED AND SERVED???? What about the SUPER SPECIAL WHOLECOLRN CROISSANTS WITH EXTRA FLAVOURED HOME MADE MARMALADE FEELING ... that I bought frozen in Mercator, baked and served hot with love (in our very special hand painted fine chinese porcelan service, as ms. Bucket (IT'S BOUQUET!!!!) would say)????

3. And it was not only prosciutto ... also dried tomatoes in olive oil, capers in winegard, fried artichokes and baked fennel, 3 kinds of mozzarella and 2 kinds of bruschette... Oooo!!!

But your parents and relatives are really great, especially when talking about decriminalisation of homosexuality and they made me happy too!

Anyway... I love you!

You are just like my mother, she wants everything to be perfect when we have visitors, and of course it is not perfect, and she feels unhappy about it. :)

Yes, you seem to have great parents! :)

And OF COURSE Mitja should be accepted as a member of the family. He is the love of your life, and you are practically married to him. He couldn't be more "family".

You are right Mitja should be accepted ... but so many times it's not like that with other families ...

"prsut" = prosciutto?

Aww! It's so nice to read about your family's time together - your WHOLE family, including Mitja.
