I called my real estate agent today (the one who is selling the land) to find out if someone finally did the appraisal on my land yet. Guess what...the land has be sold and listed as "under contract" as of April 17th and NO FUCKING APPRAISAL WAS DONE!!! This means as long as the land says "under contract" that means that no one else can make a bid

I do miss the UNM area....butI had to buy a house where I can afford it and where someone won't rip pff my statues from the yard...I live in steford wives country now....big brother..yay
