*hugs* look, you're one of the smartest, most capable people I know. It sounds like either Cornell (also: HOLY SHIT YOU GOT INTO FUCKING CORNELL JESUS CHRIST CONGRATS) OR UConn would be a good fit; I mean, nothing's going to be PERFECT and christ, Wisconsin is really far away!

I think that you should go to UConn if you're set on a particular path in terms of your academic interests. (and if you get in with funding of course) because if that's what you really want to do, and you can't really ever take what people say about things as absolute ( ... )
