I saw this asdfghjkl adorableee on tumblr and this is what I ended up with.
Kyuhyun flapped his arms, watching the oversized sleeves hang down from the tips of his fingers. Staring hopelessly at his reflection, he sighed at himself in the mirror, wearing a brown costume. Sungmin that annoying pumpkin.
Wear this, wear this! He had excitedly said, pushing the bundle of cloth into his hands. God knows where he got it from.
Kyuhyun reached behind his head, pulling the hood on. He snorted. Sungmin had made him look like a huge teddy bear. A knock from outside and a loud KYU ARE YOU DONEEEEEEE sounded through the door. Jeez. He was the one who told him to wait in the bathroom for 20 minutes. He opened the door and flurry of white pulled him into a room and slammed the door shut. He faced a grinning Sungmin, who was wearing another bear costume, but in white.
“Wahhh you look so cute!!” He gushed, throwing his arms around Kyuhyun. Kyuhyun rolled his eyes, even though he was thinking the same thing for the other. He couldn’t help chuckling along with his boyfriend.
“Let’s take a picture!” Sungmin skipped to the bed and grabbed his camera happily. Kyuhyun moved a few pillows out of the way as Sungmin snuggled up to him for a pose. They smiled, Kyuhyun trying not to let down the other, and they sat there awkwardly, their faces becoming stuff while waiting for the click.
“Oh,” Sungmin laughed sheepishly, “it’s on video mode.” Kyuhyun stared unbelievably at him and playfully punched his arm. After getting all the settings right they finally managed to snap a few pictures in their costumes, some that would make Kyuhyun dig a hole and crawl in there forever if anyone saw them. But watching Sungmin so happy was worth it. He couldn’t resist in pecking the other’s cheek.
Sungmin giggled and blushed, Kyuhyun smiling at his reaction. Then he heard a soft thump of the camera landing on the bed and Sungmin was crawling into his lap, pulling at his hood, and bringing their lips together. It was seconds after when Kyuhyun remembered how to breathe. Sungmin’s kisses always made him breathless.
They broke apart and Kyuhyun nuzzled their noses, staring deeply into his boyfriend’s eyes. Sungmin smiled shyly, scratching his cheek with a finger before letting out a squeak as Kyuhyun pushed him onto his back and started kissing his neck.
“Kyu…. Now?!” Sungmin struggled against Kyuhyun’s weight on him. Kyuhyun lifted his head and smirked, kissed his nose and said in a low voice, “It’s not my fault that you wanted to dress in a bear costume...... Did you secretly plan this to drive me crazy?”
“N-no….” Sungmin gulped, “but…..”
“But what?” Kyuhyun fondled his right bear ear with his fingers and licked his jawline, “I can’t control myself anymore, Min, you’re too cute.” He then attacked Sungmin’s lips, stopping his protests from coming out.
A while later the bear costumes were thrown in a heap on the ground, crumpled and forgotten.
A few days later……..
“Kyubear~” Sungmin called, waiting for his boyfriend, who appeared still in his pajamas, to join the breakfast table.
All the other members turned to look at Sungmin. “Kyubear?” Heechul snorted.
“Yeah, you should’ve seen hi-“ Kyuhyun muffled the rest of his sentence with his hand. Everyone gaped. It was the first time they had seen him run so fast. Kyuhyun waved them away quickly, stuttering a few lines of “ignore him” and “it’s nothing” to the others, hoping that none of them would get the wrong idea.
Apparently Heechul did. How his mind would connect from bear costumes to something like that was something Kyuhyun could never understand. “My god, you guys are kinky,” he cackled, reaching over to steal a piece of Siwon’s toast.
