Lucky! Faster processing and two monitors. How much time will rendering be reduced? Did you get it from Dell?

Thanks for the book - I've read some of the first chapter. Very interesting... ;)

Ah, my little stalker! Glad you like the book!

Not sure how much faster it reaaaally is - by chance I lent my 3d max dvd out on monday. Just the two systems will really improve my workfloaw though.

I'll do some real benchmarking soon!

biggest issue is this thing sounds like a bloody jet engine. A bit of a problem if its to tank, in your room, for long periods of time. *shrug* at leats its only white noise. I wonder how loud liquid cooling is.

Bah... Yes, I'll probally be online more, though it will be interesting to see which PC becomes the true "rendering slave". I wonder how well this new box will play FEAR or HL2... ;)
