I have a question - if I claim a ship, do both members of the ship have to be in every icon? Because, for example, if you have "Blue" as your theme, showing one in a scene where he/she is missing the other would be my preferred method of fulfilling the theme, but I know some communities are strict about that. Didn't see it in the rules, so I figure I'll ask before assuming one way or another. :)

well I changed the rules to include the following :"Blending is allowed, but animation is not. 80% need to be both characters in a ship, but 20% can be a single character."

If you're doing 50 icons, how many have to include a theme?
