That cliffhanger is just so very evil, but I'll take it as a sign that the end of near.

Lovely chapter, overall. The play between the case and the ways in which Logan is trying to distract Veronica worked well off of each other for a great balance overall.

Logan being so protective of Veronica in this situation feels really natural and makes my little shipping heart very happy.

I'll also giggle at the black Range Rover appearance, but that might just be me.

I might be sad to see next Saturday, as this whole project has been wonderful to read.

I'm glad you felt my chapter had balance with all the dark certainty of what has happened to the girls being revealed. I'm learning it's actually pretty fun to write happy Logan and Veronica, so I'm glad you liked that too.

I LOVED the entire Lamb section. So much good dialogue, and so in character.
