I'm not entirely certain that Wii Fit was intended to keep you from going to bed at a good time... then again, most people don't have to leave for work by 4 am :(
it is addicting... especially when you unlock the snowboarding games where you can turn the Wii board sideways. Although, i would like to see Josh doing the Hula Hoop. :P
yeah, that one was tricky... The best way i found that works is, you should be in a slight squatting position with most of the weight on the front of your feet.
the red dot should be just about dead center while going down the slope, then as soon as you lift up for the jump, you want the red dot to move slightly up from center, so its between the center of the cross hair and the top... and hold as still as possible once you jump. YOU CAN DO IT! ^_^
