Mikuo threw a party! So after a wild night of karaoke and partying, everybody went their separate ways. But when they woke up the next morning, they realized they were not alone!

[He recognizes that voice. His eyes snap open.]

Meiko? [he says without thinking.]

[He looks surprised to see her, but quickly recovers.]

What are you doing here? [This is my bed. >( ]

[Meiko's kind of... jumping out of the bed herself]

I honestly have no fucking clue!

[And now he's surprised at her reaction, but pushes that aside for now. Moving to sit up and rub at his face.]

Neither do I.

...Great. Now this place has a new trick up its sleeve.

[sighs as she starts walking to the door-- her room isn't exactly far, thankfully. though she will have to go downstairs to get another key]

[Watches her.]

Where are you going?

[well, a combination of hope and the utter oddness of that question makes Meiko stop in her steps]

My... room?

[donereasoning]

You can wash up here first, if you want. [He's going to be getting up and about pretty soon anyway.] Or sleep longer. I won't be going back to bed.

[her mouth opens to say she can clean up and rest just as well in her own room and then just as quickly snaps shut. he's... asking her to spend more time with him, isn't he? like she'd ever say no to that]

...Washing... sounds good.

[Just nods. Go right ahead, then. He'll just put a shirt on or something.]

[her toothbrush, cosmetic soap, and at least two different cremes are not even ten feet away, but Meiko goes into the bathroom to straighten her hair, rinse her mouth, and wash her face anyways.

she'll emerge ten minutes later, looking hesitant]

[He's sitting in a chair with a cup of water. When he comes out, he'll glance over.]
