The Black Cat should have had some of that crocodile meat on the menu and paid the leopard handsomely for it!

Definitely, but the Black Cat seems like it's more about Continental cuisine rather than exotic meats. My duck breast entrée did have puréed foie gras with it, atop duck confit risotto.

That seems familiar, that ours are a day off....it's funny to think, though, that ramaba and I have been married more than half that time. Something to make me feel old.....

My scale of 'hot' isn't really calibrated to most other people's. I need something that REALLY burns to call it hot.

Your last sentence is why I'd love to move to semi-rural MONTANA. I really don't think our species evolved to be this crowded.

Links are fine in comments. What happened was you forgot the closing " on the actual URL so it's all invalid and shit.

Congrats. I've known Amy 13 years or so now. We've been married just over half that as well. 7 years in September. Crazy old.

The fact that you got 50 FIRE sauce packets is hysterical.

Though asshats about in this day and age, there are still occasionally nice people who do things like return lost GPSs and shit.

Finally, nature does indeed rule.

It occurs to me that I should have used some of those packets in last night's chicken marinade.

I suppose all of society is not lost or wrecked!
